Purpose limitation
Use simulation data for the clearly communicated training, assessment and readiness purpose.
TryTheRole is being built to support responsible practice and assessment. We distinguish current commitments from implementation-specific capabilities and never claim a certification or control that has not been verified.
The AI plays the customer, evaluates defined conversational behaviors and helps organize evidence. People remain responsible for scenario approval, coaching context, readiness standards and high-impact decisions.
TryTheRole does not claim to detect deception, diagnose personality or know a person's future potential from one simulated conversation.
Use simulation data for the clearly communicated training, assessment and readiness purpose.
Connect results to defined expectations and reviewable conversation evidence.
Require qualified people to interpret results and make employment, clinical, legal or financial decisions.
Match the assessment, data and retention approach to the risk and value of the intended use.
Security and privacy requirements vary substantially by customer, industry and deployment. Contracted capabilities should be confirmed during implementation rather than assumed from generic website language.
A responsible implementation addresses the following questions explicitly.
What conversation content, identifiers, recordings, transcripts and assessment data are genuinely necessary?
Which employees, managers, administrators and service providers can view each data category?
How long is each category retained, and what deletion, export or legal-hold requirements apply?
How is customer content processed, and is any use for model improvement permitted under the agreement?
What information should be excluded, redacted or handled under additional contractual controls?
What notification, subprocessors, location and assurance requirements must be included in scope?
A training simulation does not make an organization compliant by itself. Customers remain responsible for applicable employment, privacy, accessibility, recording-consent, sector and professional requirements.
Any requested framework, agreement, hosting configuration, security control, integration or audit documentation should be confirmed in writing for the selected implementation.
Healthcare use, protected information and any required agreement must be evaluated and explicitly scoped.
Employers must assess job relevance, notice, accommodations, reviewer training and applicable local requirements.
SOC 2, ISO, SSO, residency and other controls should never be inferred unless specifically confirmed as available.
Clear boundaries make the system easier to evaluate and safer to use.
No blanket claim is made on this website. Any healthcare deployment, protected information and required contractual safeguards must be evaluated and explicitly agreed.
Data-use terms must be confirmed for the implementation and underlying services. The website does not make an unsupported blanket promise.
TryTheRole is intended to provide structured evidence. Human reviewers remain responsible for employment decisions and appropriate process.
Only current, verified certifications should be claimed. Contact TryTheRole for the latest available documentation and implementation scope.
